Dominant groups

Analysis of individual income levels in Seabrook in 2021 compared to Greater Melbourne shows that there was a lower proportion of people earning a high income (those earning $2,000 per week or more) and a higher proportion of low income people (those earning less than $500 per week).

Overall, 12.7% of the population earned a high income, and 34.8% earned a low income, compared with 13.7% and 32.1% respectively for Greater Melbourne.

The major differences between Seabrook's individual incomes and Greater Melbourne's individual incomes were:
