In 2016, 4% of people in North Richmond, came from countries where English was not their first language.

Dominant groups

Analysis of the country of birth of the population in North Richmond in 2016 compared to Hawkesbury City shows that there was a smaller proportion of people born overseas, as well as a smaller proportion of people from a non-English speaking background.

Overall, 10.4% of the population was born overseas, and 3.6% were from a non-English speaking background, compared with 12.3% and 5.8% respectively for Hawkesbury City.
