Dominant groups
Analysis of the household/family types of Arabic speakers in Fairfield City in 2021 compared to Greater Sydney shows that there was a higher proportion of Arabic speakers in couple families with child(ren) as well as a similar proportion in one-parent families. Overall, 70.8% of Arabic speakers were in couple families with child(ren), and 15.4% were one-parent families, compared with 68.6% and 15.3% respectively for Greater Sydney.
