Dominant groups
The size of Fairfield City's Hindi speaking labour force in 2021 was 607 persons, of which 135 were employed part-time and 366 were full time workers.
Analysis of the employment status (as a percentage of the labour force) of Hindi speakers in Fairfield City in 2021 compared to Greater Sydney shows that there was a higher proportion in employment, and a similar proportion unemployed. Overall, 94.7% of the Hindi speaking labour force was employed, and 4.0% unemployed, compared with 94.2% and 3.6% respectively for Greater Sydney.
Analysis of the Hindi speaking labour force participation rate of the population in Fairfield City in 2021 shows that there was a lower proportion in the labour force (60.7%) compared with Greater Sydney (76.0%).
