An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in City of Casey in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

- Clerical and Administrative Workers (16,569 females or 20.8%)
- Community and Personal Service Workers (15,502 females or 19.5%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 49,106 females in total or 61.6% of the employed female resident population.
In comparison, Greater Melbourne employed 30.4% in Professionals; 19.1% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 15.4% in Community and Personal Service Workers.
The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of the City of Casey and Greater Melbourne were:
- A larger percentage of females employed as Community and Personal Service Workers (19.5% compared to 15.4%)
