Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Clyde in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (1,077 people or 17.5%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (983 people or 16.0%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (882 people or 14.3%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 2,942 people in total or 47.8% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, Lysterfield South employed 17.8% in Professionals; 16.5% in Technicians and Trades Workers; and 6.9% in Community and Personal Service Workers.
