Dominant groups

Analysis of individual income levels in Junction Village in 2021 compared to Lynbrook shows that there was a lower proportion of people earning a high income (those earning $2,000 per week or more) and a higher proportion of low income people (those earning less than $500 per week).

Overall, 4.3% of the population earned a high income, and 46.9% earned a low income, compared with 7.0% and 35.9% respectively for Lynbrook.
