In Clyde North - Clyde Growth Area, 17.8% of renting households were paying $450 or more per week in rent in 2016.

Rental payments can be a better measure of the cost of housing in Clyde North - Clyde Growth Area than mortgage repayments because they are not contingent on length of occupancy or equity in the dwelling.
