Dominant groups

Analysis of the non-English speaking population in the City of Burnside in 2021 compared to the total population in the City of Burnside shows that there was a higher proportion of people in the younger age groups (under 15) and a lower proportion of people in the older age groups (65+).

Overall, 20.6% of the non-English speaking population was aged between 0 and 14, and 14.1% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 16.8% and 23.4% respectively for the total population in the City of Burnside.
