Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Albion in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (396 people or 19.4%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (281 people or 13.8%)
  • Labourers (268 people or 13.2%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 945 people in total or 46.4% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, Keilor Downs employed 18.3% in Professionals; 14.2% in Technicians and Trades Workers; and 9.6% in Labourers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of Albion and Keilor Downs were:
