Analysis of the housing tenure of Languages of the Philippines speakers in Blacktown City Council in 2021 compared to Greater Sydney shows that there was a similar proportion of Languages of the Philippines speakers in households who owned their dwelling; a larger proportion purchasing their dwelling; and a smaller proportion who were renters.
Overall, 14.2% of Languages of the Philippines speakers were in households who owned their dwelling; 51.1% were purchasing, and 33.6% were renting, compared with 13.8%, 38.8% and 46.0% respectively for Greater Sydney.
