Dominant groups

The size of Blacktown City Council's labour force aged 15 to 17 years in 2021 was 3,543 persons, of which 1,962 were employed part-time and 146 were full time workers.

Analysis of the employment status of people aged 15 to 17 years (as a percentage of the labour force) in Blacktown City Council in 2021 compared to the total population in Blacktown City Council shows that there was a lower proportion in employment, and a higher proportion unemployed.
