Dominant groups

Analysis of the religious affiliation of the population of North Ward in 2011 compared to Bankstown City shows that there was a similar proportion of people who professed a religion as well as a similar proportion who stated they had no religion.

Overall, 84.7% of the population nominated a religion, and 7.9% said they had no religion, compared with 84.3% and 8.3% respectively for Bankstown City.
