Dominant groups

In 2011, there were 104 people who caught public transport to work (train, bus, tram or ferry) in CAD East, compared with 449 who drove in private vehicles (car – as driver, car – as passenger, motorbike, or truck).

Analysis of the method of travel to work of the residents in CAD East in 2011, compared to the City of Adelaide, shows that 6.8% used public transport, while 29.2% used a private vehicle, compared with 9.2% and 40.6% respectively in the City of Adelaide.
