Dominant groups

Analysis of the weekly housing rental payments of households in City South compared to the City of Adelaide shows that there was a smaller proportion of households paying high rental payments ($400 per week or more), and a larger proportion of households with low rental payments (less than $150 per week).

Overall, 26.5% of households were paying high rental payments, and 25.0% were paying low payments, compared with 29.4% and 13.7% respectively in the City of Adelaide.
