Dominant groups
Analysis of the housing tenure of households of Camden Council area in 2021 compared to Camden South shows that there was a smaller proportion of households who owned their dwelling; a larger proportion purchasing their dwelling; and a larger proportion who were renters.
Overall, 19.5% of households owned their dwelling; 51.3% were purchasing, and 24.3% were renting, compared with 35.0%, 44.2% and 16.3% respectively for Camden South.
